π Account & Subscription
My Telegram account was blocked. What should I do?
If your Telegram account has been blocked, we can help transfer your subscription to your new account. Please follow these steps:
Contact our support bot: https://t.me/ray_help_bot
Provide: β’ your old Telegram handle β’ the new Telegram handle where the subscription should be transferred β’ the wallet address used to pay for the subscription
After verification, we will migrate your subscription to your new account.
How can I pay for my subscription?
You can pay for your subscription both in Telegram and in Discord. Two payment methods are available:
1) Payment via Solana
Top up your built-in RayBot wallet with the required amount and activate your subscription in the Upgrade menu. The subscription fee will be deducted directly from your Ray wallet.
2) Payment with a credit card via Stripe
You can purchase a subscription using your credit card through Stripe. It supports auto-renewal, easy plan management, and 6-month subscription options.
Will my wallets disappear if my subscription expires?
No, your wallets are not deleted. When your subscription expires, they are automatically paused, and none of your added addresses are lost.
After renewing your subscription, you can:
reactivate all wallets manually in the Wallets section or via the RayBot WEB version, or
contact our support: https://t.me/ray_help_bot, and we will enable them for you automatically.
Iβm out of limits on the Whale1000 plan. Can I increase them?
Yes, you can upgrade beyond the Whale1000 plan. We offer extended custom plans for users who need higher wallet limits.

π Features & Settings
I havenβt been receiving RayBot notifications for a long time. What should I do?
If notifications have stopped appearing, it is usually caused by one of the following:
1. The bot received a Telegram rate limit
Public free RayBots can experience heavy load. During peak moments, Telegram may throttle message delivery, causing delays or temporary gaps in notifications.
Solution: switch to a less loaded RayBot. The step-by-step guide is available here.
2. Your settings or filters are hiding the events you expect
A single changed setting β disabling Buy/Swap/Transfer, setting thresholds too high, or enabling advanced filters β may completely hide notifications while RayBot continues to function normally.
Check your settings:
Make sure your filters arenβt hiding important events:
Global settings of the selected RayBot β open Settings and ensure that notification types (Buy/Swap/Transfer, etc.) are not disabled.
Per-wallet settings β use
/w_0for a specific address and verify that its individual filters are configured correctly.RayBot Web version β this is the most convenient and transparent way to review all filters at once. We recommend using it to quickly spot active filters or conflicting settings.
3. You reached your daily limits (especially on the free plan)
The free tier has low daily limits. Once they are used up, new notifications will not be delivered until the next day. You can check your limits by running /start.
If none of these solutions help
Contact RayBot Support β we will check your setup, limits, and bot instance to resolve the issue.
Why canβt I add the bot to my group? It shows an error.

In most cases, this error appears because the bot was previously activated in this group by another user. RayBot βbindsβ itself to the group based on the first activation, and it will not allow a new owner to reconnect it until access is reassigned.
Common signs:
You are the group owner, but the bot says youβre βnot the owner.β
You see an error message suggesting you remove the bot from the group.
The bot does not recognize your activation attempts.
How to fix:
Contact RayBot support.
We will check who activated the bot first.
If needed, we will reassign the bot to you β after that, adding it will work normally.
Once reassigned, you can send /activate in the group and the bot will connect successfully.
Why canβt I monitor CEX wallet transfers?
In reality, monitoring CEX wallets (Binance, OKX, Bybit, etc.) is available on any paid RayBot plan. If youβre unable to enable it, the issue is usually not with the feature itself, but with notification limits.
Large centralized exchange wallets generate extremely high transaction volume. If your subscription plan reaches its daily or per-minute notification limit, new alerts will stop coming β which can look like monitoring βisnβt working.β
What to do:
Make sure your current plan hasnβt hit notification limits.
Use size filters (e.g., monitor transfers starting from 10β20 SOL) to avoid being flooded by small transactions.
Upgrade your plan if you need higher limits.
Why is my PnL displayed in USD instead of the native token?
RayBot now supports showing PnL in USD, making it easier to compare performance across different networks and tokens. This provides a more consistent and unified view of your trading results.
π‘ Prefer to see PnL in native tokens (e.g., SOL, BNB, MON)? Go to: /start β Settings β Notifications β PnL in USD and turn it off.
I canβt add a wallet. The error says: βThis wallet is spamming too many txsβ. What does it mean?
This message means that the wallet is sending too many transactions within a short period of time. On the free plan, such wallets are often not allowed to be added, as they can rapidly consume notification limits and cause delays.
To bypass this limitation, we recommend upgrading your plan to at least PRO, which supports tracking highly active wallets.
However, keep in mind:
even with a PRO plan or higher, Telegram may apply rate limits if the wallet is extremely active;
you may hit your daily notification limits when tracking high-activity wallets.
So please be cautious when adding wallets that generate a large number of transactions.

Iβm receiving too many scam-related alerts. How can I turn this off?
If youβre getting too many scam or low-value alerts, you can reduce them using the following settings.
For Solana
Set a minimum token transfer threshold, for example $20 ( /start β Settings β Min Token Transfer USD )
Disable the following filters in Advanced Filters: β’ Multi Token Transfers β’ Likely Scam Transfers β’ Tips β’ Spam
For EVM / TRON
Set a minimum token transfer threshold, for example $20.
You can also disable: β’ Approvals β’ Tips β’ Spam β’ Execute
You can read more about these settings here.
