<details>

<summary>How can I pay for my subscription?</summary>

You can pay for your subscription both in [Telegram ](/start/interface-and-buttons-in-telegram/upgrade.md)and in [Discord.](/start/interface-and-buttons-in-discord/upgrade.md)\
Two payment methods are available:

<details>

<summary>How can I top up my wallet from another chain?</summary>

The best way to fund your RayBot wallet from another blockchain is by using **DeBridge**, as it allows transfers **from most major networks directly to Solana**.

#### 🔹 Steps to follow:

1. Go to [DeBridge ](https://app.debridge.com/)and **connect your wallet**.
2. **Select the source network** and the token you want to transfer.
3. Choose **Solana** as the destination network and **SOL** as the token.
4. Enable **“Trade and Send to Another Address”**.
5. Paste the **wallet address generated by RayBot**:
   * In Telegram, enter the `/upgrade` command.
   * Your personal RayBot wallet address will be displayed there.
6. **Send the desired amount** and wait for the transaction to complete.

{% hint style="warning" %}
⚠️ **Important:** make sure you send funds **to the RayBot wallet address** and that the final received asset is **SOL (Solana)**.\
This is required for the balance to be credited correctly and for your subscription to be activated.
{% endhint %}

</details>

### 🔗 Features & Settings

<details>

<summary>Why didn’t Auto Add New Wallets add a wallet?</summary>

Auto Add works **only for SOL transfers to new (empty) wallets with no transaction history**.

**The wallet must:**

* Receive SOL (not tokens)
* Have no previous transactions
* Be considered a newly created address

If a wallet already has transaction history or receives tokens instead of SOL, it will not be added automatically.

<details>

<summary>I haven’t been receiving RayBot notifications for a long time. What should I do?</summary>

If notifications have stopped appearing, it is usually caused by one of the following:

#### **1. The bot received a Telegram rate limit**

Public free RayBots can experience heavy load. During peak moments, Telegram may throttle message delivery, causing delays or temporary gaps in notifications.

**Solution:** switch to a less loaded RayBot.\
The step-by-step guide is available [*here*](https://docs.raybot.app/start/getting-started/all-raybots#how-to-switch-to-another-bot)*.*

#### **2. Your settings or filters are hiding the events you expect**

A single changed setting — disabling Buy/Swap/Transfer, setting thresholds too high, or enabling advanced filters — may completely hide notifications while RayBot continues to function normally.

**Check your settings:**

Make sure your filters aren’t hiding important events:

* **Global settings of the selected RayBot** — open *Settings* and ensure that notification types (Buy/Swap/Transfer, etc.) are not disabled.
* **Per-wallet settings** — use `/w_0` for a specific address and verify that its individual filters are configured correctly.
* **RayBot Web version** — this is the most convenient and transparent way to review all filters at once. We recommend using it to quickly spot active filters or conflicting settings.

#### **3. You reached your daily limits (especially on the free plan)**

The free tier has low daily limits. Once they are used up, new notifications will not be delivered until the next day.\
You can check your limits by running **/start**.

#### If none of these solutions help

Contact [RayBot Support ](https://t.me/ray_help_bot)— we will check your setup, limits, and bot instance to resolve the issue.

<details>

<summary>Why can’t I add the bot to my group? It shows an error.</summary>

<figure><img src="/files/Fk2ux8VPXv20pzMSZEyR" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In most cases, this error appears because **the bot was previously activated in this group by another user**.\
RayBot “binds” itself to the group based on the first activation, and it will not allow a new owner to reconnect it until access is reassigned.

**Common signs:**

* You are the group owner, but the bot says you’re “not the owner.”
* You see an error message suggesting you remove the bot from the group.
* The bot does not recognize your activation attempts.

**How to fix:**

1. Contact [RayBot support](https://t.me/ray_help_bot).
2. We will check who activated the bot first.
3. If needed, we will **reassign the bot to you** — after that, adding it will work normally.

Once reassigned, you can send `/activate` in the group and the bot will connect successfully.

<details>

<summary>Why can’t I monitor CEX wallet transfers?</summary>

In reality, monitoring CEX wallets (Binance, OKX, Bybit, etc.) **is available on any paid RayBot plan**.\
If you’re unable to enable it, the issue is usually not with the feature itself, but with notification limits.

Large centralized exchange wallets generate extremely high transaction volume. If your subscription plan reaches its daily or per-minute notification limit, new alerts will stop coming — which can look like monitoring “isn’t working.”

**What to do:**

* Make sure your current plan hasn’t hit notification limits.
* Use size filters (e.g., monitor transfers starting from 10–20 SOL) to avoid being flooded by small transactions.
* Upgrade your plan if you need higher limits.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Why is my PnL displayed in USD instead of the native token?</strong></summary>

RayBot now supports showing PnL in **USD**, making it easier to compare performance across different networks and tokens.\
This provides a more consistent and unified view of your trading results.

💡 **Prefer to see PnL in native tokens** (e.g., SOL, BNB, MON)?\
Go to:\
\&#xNAN;**/start → Settings → Notifications → PnL in USD** and turn it off.

</details>

<details>

<summary>I can’t add a wallet. The error says: <em>“This wallet is spamming too many txs”</em>. What does it mean?</summary>

This message means that the wallet is sending **too many transactions** within a short period of time.\
On the free plan, such wallets are often **not allowed to be added**, as they can rapidly consume notification limits and cause delays.

To bypass this limitation, we recommend upgrading your plan to **at least PRO**, which supports tracking highly active wallets.

However, keep in mind:

* even with a PRO plan or higher, **Telegram may apply rate limits** if the wallet is extremely active;
* you may **hit your daily notification limits** when tracking high-activity wallets.

So please be cautious when adding wallets that generate a large number of transactions.

{% hint style="info" %}

{% endhint %}

<details>

<summary>I’m receiving too many scam-related alerts. How can I turn this off?</summary>

If you’re getting too many scam or low-value alerts, you can reduce them using the following settings.

#### **For Solana**

* Set a **minimum token transfer threshold**, for example **$20**\
  \&#xNAN;*( /start → Settings → Min Token Transfer USD )*
* Disable the following filters in **Advanced Filters**:\
  • **Multi Token Transfers**\
  • **Likely Scam Transfers**\
  • **Tips**\
  • **Spam**

#### **For EVM / TRON**

* Set a **minimum token transfer threshold**, for example **$20**.
* You can also disable:\
  • **Approvals**\
  • **Tips**\
  • **Spam**\
  • **Execute**

You can read more about these settings **here**.
